At Rikbits, we are committed to processing your orders promptly. Orders placed through our website are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please note that during peak periods, such as sales events or holiday seasons, dispatch times may be longer due to increased demand.
Delivery Timelines:
For deliveries within the UAE, please allow approximately 2-3 days.
For deliveries to other GCC countries, the estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days.
Shipping Offers:
Enjoy complimentary shipping within the UAE for orders totaling AED200 or more.
Orders valued at AED1000 or above are eligible for free shipping to GCC countries. This offer excludes any applicable taxes, duties, and international processing fees.
International Shipping:

Local Pickup:
In Dubai, we offer a Free Self Pickup option.
Same-day collection is available at the House of Wisdom in Sharjah. We recommend verifying the availability of your desired item beforehand.
Shipping Charges:
Orders of AED200 or more qualify for free shipping within the UAE.
For the GCC, orders of AED1000 or above are shipped free of charge, excluding taxes, duties, and international processing fees.
Claims and Defects Policy
At Rikbits, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure their safe delivery. However, we acknowledge that, on occasion, defects may arise during production. If you find that a considerable portion of your purchase is damaged or defective, we encourage you to file a claim. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@rikbits.com. In your message, include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach photographs of the product and the defect for our review. We welcome claims for purchases made directly through our website at www.rikbits.com, as well as those bought from other authorized retailers.
Return Policy
At Rikbits, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return an item. Please be aware of our return policy as follows:
- Rikbits blocks that have been unfolded or used in any way are ineligible for return.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- To initiate a return, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment at their own expense, including securing a tracking number for their records. This ensures the safe and documented return of the item(s) to us.

Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) to confirm their condition and suitability for return, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
